Requirements for Waiver Direct Care Professional
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- If no HS Diploma or GED, you must have 1 year of verifiable experience with ID/D
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and the ability to transport into the community
- Current vehicle insurance
- Current vehicle registration
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Ability to pass a Child Maltreatment Registry Check
- Ability to pass an Adult Maltreatment Registry Check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
